Toby spent time as a lead service technician for a national refrigeration company, managing retrofits, installations, and repairs for major supermarkets. Seeking a more personal connection with customers, he transitioned to residential HVAC work before launching Rubicon Refrigeration HVAC LLC. This journey reflects a dedication to providing reliable, high-quality service while taking pride in meeting the needs of every customer.
